- 32 oz frozen diced potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions, diced onions, extra cheese, bell pepper
Instructions
- Spray the crockpot with a light coat of cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the frozen potatoes to the crockpot.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the potatoes and add the cheese.
- Stir gently until everything is coated.
- Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until the potatoes turn soft.
- Stir before serving and let the dish sit for 5 minutes so it thickens slightly.
