Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

12 small corn tortillas

Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions
 

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheese, sour cream, spices, salt, and pepper.

      Warm tortillas briefly in a microwave or skillet to soften.

        Spoon 2-3 tbsp of filling onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

          Lightly spray taquitos with oil. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.

            Serve warm with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
