½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter

2 large eggs

½ cup mix-ins (optional: chocolate chips, sprinkles, nuts)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Make Dough: In a bowl, mix cake mix, oil, and eggs until combined. Fold in optional mix-ins.

      Bake: Scoop 1-tbsp dough portions onto the baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes until edges turn golden.

        Cool: Let cookies rest for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
