Ingredients
  

5 fresh jalapeño peppers, chopped

2 habanero peppers, chopped

3 medium tomatoes, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, diced

1/4 cup white vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 cup water (adjust for consistency)

Prepare Ingredients: Chop the jalapeños, habaneros, and tomatoes. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

    Sauté Base Ingredients: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until softened.

      Cook the Mixture: Add the jalapeños, habaneros, tomatoes, vinegar, salt, cumin, and smoked paprika to the pan. Stir well and simmer for 15 minutes.

        Blend: Transfer the mixture to a blender or use an immersion blender to create a smooth sauce. Add water as needed for desired consistency.

          Cool and Store: Let the sauce cool before transferring it to a sterilized jar or bottle. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
