- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 sleeve buttery round crackers like Ritz, crushed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix the crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
